Update

We had a nice weekend together! We did a lot of house cleaning, getting caught up on laundry, and spending time together. We rearranged our basement living room last week and this weekend we tackled our bedroom. It looks great and we were overdue for a change! :)

Emery has learned how to climb down from the sofa on his own! It's so funny to watch him. He crawls to the edge, turns around, drops one leg and then boom...falls to the floor. He and Patrick were even practicing on our bed yesterday...I don't think he realized it was quite a drop but that didn't stop him! He laughs every time he lands!

He's also doing much better on the whole milk. He likes it! He doesn't really care for it during the normal time that I would nurse him, but he is drinking it great at meal times. I'm very thankful for that.

Emery is teething like crazy! We can see white on all four top middle teeth! The two lateral incisors (the two on either side of the two middle teeth) look like they could pop through any minute, and the middle two aren't far behind. Hopefully they all come in at the same time...I don't want him looking like a vampire for too long! Ha! He's not too fussy...yet!

We're getting Em's second haircut tomorrow. He's due again. Plus we want it to look good for his 1st birthday photos, which we are getting taken this Thursday evening. I can't wait to see how they turn out. We're also hoping to get a family photo taken since we've never had a professional one since Emery's been born.
