Emery's first real experience watching hail fall happened this week. And boy it wasn't just any little hail storm. Those suckers were huge! We heard it on the roof when we were downstairs playing before dinner, so we ran upstairs to see what the terrible sound was! Hail almost the size of tennis balls were falling everywhere! After it stopped and the rain let up, I ran outside and gathered up a few to take a photo and show Emery. He couldn't believe it. Unfortunately, Patrick was at work and his truck got a little damage, but thankfully nothing like what some people had (broken out windows, etc.). We're having the insurance adjuster come take a look at the house, too.
