Yummy Dinner!

Tonight Emery ate great! In fact, the last day or two he's been eating much better! Not perfect, but better! This evening we started his meal with frozen peas (microwaved, of course)...since he was hungry and didn't have anything else to eat he chowed down! It was so great to see him eat them rather than spit them out (yes, yes...I know...if you know me well, you know I'm not a fan of peas either!). After he did so great on the peas we all enjoyed grilled chicken and mashed potatoes, too. He didn't even eat any fruit "sweets" for dinner and was completely content!

Just thought you all might appreciate an update after reading the "Picky" post the other day!

In other news, we're headed to Osage for the weekend and are looking forward to spending Sunday with my cousin Lauren and her husband Reid and their son Jack, who if you remember is just 8 weeks younger than Emery. We haven't seen them since July! We are eager to enjoy the boys playing together and to get some good pictures of them!

Hopefully, my cousin Kendra, her husband Rex, and their sons Tucker and Tate will be able to join us for dinner Sunday night as well! If so, all 4 Great Grandsons on the Skoch side will be together for the first time!
